When did "this show has more supporters, that means it must be better" become a valid argument for quality? Going by "amount of supporters", Madoka, Infinite Stratos, AnoHana, Tiger & Bunny, Idolm@ster and YuruYuri should be considered best shows of 2011.

What the fuck?

Durarara was a mess, but Baccano was a boring mess (from what I saw in the one episode I watched). Though, admittedly, I´m not a fan of complicated anime for complication´s sake. Penguin is dangerously close to that, but redeems itself by having a great cast of main characters, unlike the other two shows mentioned above.

WHAT THE FUCK?!

This reminds me of some other opening that had a bunch of little girls and shit going WAN WAN WAN, WANWANWAN!! All the time from some other anime I can't remember. All I know is that it had little girls, it looked terrible and the song was catchy as fuck.

It's one of the best selling shows of the year.
I know this, I was wondering why he though T&B wasn't one of the best of the year, because it fucking is.

Tiger and Bunny 21
Damn that was some nice animation and fight choreography this week. Too bad there wasn't more of it. I hope Sunrise was saving the budget for these last few episodes.

Nichijou 21
Pretty boring this week though I enjoyed the airship guys and Takahashi freaking out over nothing.

you know arguing opinions never goes anywhere right?

It hasn't really seemed out of line with what other studios do.
It really is. Other studios don't have minutes of onscreen text per episode and ages spent with the camera essentially turned to a wall.

What helps anime the most: writing short and cryptic impressions in NeoGAF or supporting the creators?
GAF clearly spreads the message far and wide. Don't underestimate it's power.

Blood-C 4

Saya is SO BAD at this.

They won't even explain WHY she's bad at it. Unless I somehow totally missed the explanation which is possible since the show is insanely boring.

I don't know how it was so hard to screw up the successor to Blood+. Blood+ was a show that could have been so much better if it had half the episodes it did. Blood-C has about 1/4th the episodes and seemingly twice as much dumb pointless crap. And it doesn't even have a good soundtrack like Blood+ to make up for it.

I'm glad to be a part of Redline's Fractale-like numbers!

I saw it at a festival a couple months ago, so I did my part!

Well I certainly didn't get it because it wasn't funny. Equating Redline to Fractale just makes my head hurt in ways it shouldn't. God damn haters.

To kill the joke even more: A Fractale is a unit of measure for the Japanese charts because of how badly it bomba'ed.

My implication is that, as Fractale killed noitaminA/Yamakan, Redline killed Madhouse. :p

Heroman 24-26 END

There's no reason why the ending had to be so hamstrung. Then again, it's not like the show appropriately foreshadowed anything. So when things actually did happen, they all felt meaningless. Mostly everything was uneventful from the story to the characters. The bad direction and writing were pretty evident because the story and characters failed to capture any attention. The only saving grace of this series was the 2nd arc, which had its own problems. And surprisingly, the 3rd arc was a mess compared to the 1st arc, and the 1st arc was simply uninspiring along side the aforementioned problems of the series. The series really didn't have to be as bad as I was. And I'll refrain from calling this series generic because its failures are so bad, it couldn't establish any basic formula to fail within.

Well, actually, the sales are near Fractale bad. It's not even so much hate but the reality of its sales numbers.

Er I knew the sales were dreadful. I thought he meant he didn't buy the B-R because it was awful as Fractale was. Which made me cry. I misread what he wrote / didn't get the joke.

At least it has a hot blonde cheerleader and teacher.

Blood-C 6

At this point it's just depressing how bad Saya is at this.

They better damn well explain why she has to get her ass kicked for 10 minutes before she activates her power up like a generic shounen series. Only in this series random people / her friends die because she has to go through the whole damn routine.

Seriously did I miss this explanation or something?

I want to know why
Nono exploded.

Blood Clamp 6

Just imagine what sorts of wonders could be hidden behind all those black and white bars.

Also, Saya sucks at promises.

God this show is so freaking awful. The Monster designs are bad, the action is outright boring, the soundtrack makes me want to go to sleep. The story is nonsensical gibberish. AND FREAKING 2/3 of EACH episode is filler? REALLY ?! This is most definitly the king of bad pacing of summer 2011.

I want Blood-C to end with
her managing to kill off all the baddies including the loser running the cafe but every single one of her friends and family are dead, she goes crazy gets thrown into the asylum and the series ends with her singing for 5 minutes because she's so moe when she is singing.

I don't think that's too much to ask for.
