I've been using it fine since I got my wii u. It's only 4gb and I have a basic one so this fridge stuff has been super annoying.

Ahh I see. Good luck. At least you have the option to attempt to download. I don't even know why Nintendo is distributing the code via email this time for NA when they've used club Nintendo for that many times in the past

CaliforniaGaffer here. Got my codes at midnight. Still can't download Mewtwo on Wii U, though.
Ye it is pretty well done.
We'd know if Nintendo had a basic level of communication and road-mapping like every other constantly updated multiplayer game. But we still haven't reached patch notes... or non-manual updates so we have to judge it by 2005 standards I guess.
What the hell does the Smash team know about Samus that everyone else doesn't? Remember when she was internally deemed to be top tier
Even I get to redeem it on the site, I still need to use my system to download the download data and I'm getting Errors everywhere. On my Wii U, I was able to push through and it said that content is not yet being distributed. Really really annoying.

Why does it sound like Mewtwo's voice volume is way too low?
I can barely hear his voice unless he outright yells, and even that isn't really that audible.

Mewtwo is pretty great; played a few round with my brother and first did we did was fuck around with him. Ah, and we played the volleyball meta-game: position both Mewtwos at the end of every stage, let one of them load up an energyball by holding B, then release and counter the ball with forward + B until one gets out of the rhythm and gets hit.
I'm no top tier Smash player, but my brother is pretty invested in the franchise and said that Mewtwo has an amazing forward-air attack and a crazy (maybe the most powerful) down-spike in the entire game. He's pretty fast and feels very snappy, very elegant to play; and his animations look amazing. One very controversial addition will be his down + B I suppose since it allows you to stun (!) enemies that get hit and then punish the shit out of them. I wonder what impact this will have if Mewtwo makes his way into the top tier.
Overall a very high-quality addition to an already fantastic roster and a character that feels very different yet fun to play than the others.
