I wonder if Gamefreak made them change his shiny skin to not be a real shiny skin. It's more cyan than the green it was in Melee.
They seem weirdly protective of using shinies as simple alts, Pikachu is the only character with an actual, proper shiny alt.

They probably shouldn't have given his alt trophy out instantly and just threw it on the trophy shop, as I see some confusion on Reddit with people thinking that the shadow lugia skin is unlockable because it says "Mewtwo Alt unlocked!" with a picture of Shadow Mewtwo.
Which, yea, if you don't remember alt trophies exist or what they're called, that could be confusing
Also Mewtwo will be the only character in the entire game you have his alt before his regular trophy, as beating classic was required for the trophies to appear in the shop!

I don't know why folks are saying Disable sucks. The stun duration scales with opponent %. At 85%, you can fully charge a fsmash against your opponent for a KO. At 999%, you can go make a sandwich and they're still in stun. Very interesting move.
