Yes to the first two. He also appears in All Star mode in the 1994-1998 section with all the other gen 1 pokemon.

I'll check the guidance when I'm done with All Star.

OK, so I have a European region Mewtwo code for the Wii U version. I don't have a Wii U (yet), and I don't think I can get one before the code expires on May 31.
I'd be willing to part with it and give it to someone in here who does not have the codes and intended to buy Mewtwo when he came out publicly.

I'd appreciate if the person who wants to take it would be willing to buy me Mewtwo (or something from the eShop that's worth as much as Mewtwo is) for when I get my Wii U.
