The 6:2 male:female balance in the jury worries me.
It's actually a 5:1 balance when you consider that Abi won't vote for Denise and Malcolm definitely will.

THREE of those guys will have to lower their pride and give Denise props over a fellow guy in Skupin. She deserves the title but I'm not so sure she'll get it. This will be her toughest tribal council feat to date to pull off.
Somehow I think Penner will be the deciding vote.

never underestimate the butthurt of survivor juries. denise really hasn't screwed anyone *besides abi. lisa and skupin flip flopping i think will lose votes from tandang members

Not giving her the HII was all sorts of horrible play. He telegraphed clearly that he wanted her gone without the blood on his hands.

Yeah he did things for Lisa/Skupin like letting them go on reward, but Denise never got any favours. :/

Yeah, that was the final straw there. It was obvious he had no intention of facing Denise in the finals.


Tina was far more savvy than Lisa, her only fault was voting out Kel. (After that, she was rock solid and completely undetectable.)

And Skupin did his fair share of maneuvering along the way. He wasn't just the beef.

Artis was absolutely brutal towards Skupin in exit interviews, and Jeff talked up Denise quite a bit.

You never want to go into the final round as the "#1 threat" to unless you have a Kim/Rob type hold on the others. #2 is much more likely to win.

I agree. Malcolm should have been so calm doing the final challenge seeing as that he had two chances, but he was shaking violently so early on. It's like he didn't know he had a second chance and was super nervous.

Considering what the editors have done in the past, I wouldn't rule it out completely. Christy/Jenna, Fairplay/Sandra, NaOnka/Fabio, etc. not saying it's likely, though

Yeah, that would make more sense, though I don't think they played the same way. Malcolm did far more plotting than Colby ever did. (And I liked Colby.) Tina had him in her pocket the entire game. She was unstoppable.

Malcolm and Denise are a lot more comparable to me. They seemed to take on equal parts of gameplaying, but Malcolm couldn't keep it together at the end and pushed it too hard.

I think a suddenly eloquent and composed Mike would come off as phony. One thing Mike has going for him is that he's always acting honestly. (A little too honestly sometimes.)
