Thanks guys. I have two people on my 3DS friends list and neither use Swapnote, so my chances of even unlocking the feature is slim.

Just add a few gaffers or people on a site like gamefaqs or something, you'll easily be able to get the number of notes needed for both those and the end credits. Heck even if your friends don't respond you can just spam em anyways

The SpotPass notes are a little strange. I saw here about the new stationery, so I opened SwapNote and did a manual SpotPass check, 0 new notes. Hit the Home button, and the indicator light starts flashing blue and there's a blue dot on Notifications and SwapNote. Exited, loaded SwapNote again, and the Peach stationery arrived, dated two days ago.

Odd -- I haven't gotten the Peach one yet...

• Transfer it all to a Google Doc and if people wish to add their FC details to it thereafter themselves they may?
• Stop the big list at the end of the month and then do monthly ones of just the FC details posted in that month? [Zornica inspired]
• Of perhaps something better that has occured to you but not me?

All suggestions gratefully received [whether on or a postcard or not].

as bgbw suggested, removing all bannned users would be a first step, which is probably a lot of work...

if there was someone who had all people from that list on his 3ds f.list, he could just look what persons weren't active for a long time. If there are people which haven't used their 3ds in more than 3 to 5 months, they are a pretty good candidates for deleting I'd say.

unpossible, sadly; the 3DS FC limit is 100 users and the list is wellll beyond that!

I don't think it's necessarily the case since I did a delete then re-add on someone on my list who had no status, and the registration was still there from the other end.
Can't help you do the experiment since I forgot to charge my 3DS last night and I'm in the car shop with no charger.

It just tells you to go to the website. I received it and I do have Mario Tennis.

I'm not in Japan, but I'm pretty sure I recieved that one with a message from Nikki about Marine Day/Sea Day or whatever it is translated into English last week.

If you put a photo in the new stationery, the palm tree disappears and there's a little blue penguin with a surf board behind it.

So yeah, it's the best stationery ever.

I guess it's worth a shot, but I don't want to impose in any way. Do I just pop my FC into this thread? Then I guess I need to start registering people too, right? But only people that have registered me? I've only done the local friends list option on 3DS and am about as far from a multiplayer gamer as is humanly possible, so sorry if my questions are weird.

My FC: 0817-3762-1695 - I have none of the neat stationary above and haven't even unlocked the feature to be able to use it!

I've followed Zornicas example and added all of the people on his list plus the new ones on this page. Maybe that would be a good jumping off point for a new list.

somehow I feel bad for intruding in this thread and trying to change everything...

so, how about a clean restart? like your monthly list, but not only adding nick and fc but also some sort of date stamp, so everyone can see when the user/code was added.

I got it too. It was even translated, so I'm pretty sure that Naoya Tsurumi didn't write this.
The strange thing is, I didn't even play the game, but I played the demo version... That seems to count too.

If you put a photo in the new stationery, the palm tree disappears and there's a little blue penguin with a surf board behind it.

So yeah, it's the best stationery ever.

Does anyone have any feedback on whether everything from Swap Note transfers in a 3DS to 3DS system transfer okay?

i has a lovely blue XL on the way to me so don't wish to lose anything in the transfer process.

Also, does anyone know if I have to save a photos taken with the 3DS camera to the SD card or anything?

Everything is transferred over. Everything will be exactly as it was on your old 3DS.

Photos saved to the SD card will still work on your new system (you just put the SD card from your old 3DS into your new one after the transfer; you'll be told to do this during the process), and photos saved on the system itself will be transferred to the new one.
