I've been indifferent to this tattoo craze in the last few years, but if I see someone with their eyes tattooed, I'm going to have a hard time not saying to myself "that person is a dumbass".

I've had an injection into my eyes and I can't imagine getting them tattooed. I too saw this on LockUp a long time ago. As if prison is where you want to try this of all places.

It actually looks kind of neat, but the permanency of tattoos seems multiplied by like a hundred fold here. Eye contact is really important in social rapport, you wouldn't get sick of having something (ostentatious, or not) permanently imprinted on your "windows to the soul"?

another thing is, the eye is such a small canvas that most people might not even notice the tattoo or pay it much mind. Just seems a waste of money for very limited expression. Couldnt you do similar things with contacts?
