[Unknown?]

This is something that's only started to happen recently and still isn't as widespread as Halloween and especially nowhere near how widespread Christmas decorations are. I see a few inflatable turkeys and leaf decorations popping up already.


This only pertains to the USA(maybe Canada?), I don't think anywhere else celebrates. So is this something you do? I put up yellow lights and some pumpkins outside.

Feel free to post pics too if you have any cool displays.

My wife and I decorate for Halloween with pumpkins and fall colors. Since it's pretty neutral (i.e. not "scary") that stuff tends to stay up until the Christmas decorations go up.

If I had my way, I would have started decorating for Christmas this weekend, at least inside, but my wife doesn't like to start decorating until late November at the earliest. However, since I'm retired and she isn't, I'll just start putting stuff up when she goes into the office, which means the tree is likely going up later this week...

Dude, my wife is the same way. My daughter and I shared my airpods yesterday and listened to Christmas music as the 3 of us were grocery shopping yesterday lol.

I officially start listening to Christmas music as soon as SiriusXM starts their Christmas channels.

We have a channel here called Warm 106.9 and they play Christmas music around mid November (they do have an HD station that plays music year round). The rule in our house is, once they play Christmas music, everything can play Christmas music. Lol my daughter and I, everytime we get in the car, check the station.
