This thread brought to you by the International Coalition of Presenting Opinions as Facts.
In the fighting game community, there's the notion that certain characters are better than others. I thought, hey, why not apply that same concept to ethnic food? So without further ado, here's the initial draft of my Official International Food Tier List. Of course I haven't tried every country's food, so feel free to suggest new entries and tell me in which tier they belong.
Top Tier:
Mexican
American
Chinese
Thai
Italian
High Tier:
Japanese
Arab/ Middle Eastern
Mongolian
Vietnamese
Indian
Middle Tier:
Mediterranean
Korean
Low / Mediocre Tier:
Spanish (they're way to proud to admit it but it's true)
Garbage Tier:
(No entries yet)
??? Tier (i.e. food I haven't really tried extensively so I don't know where to put them):
Canadian (do they even have anything besides poutine? It looks like garbage anyway lol.)
French (probably good but idk)
South American Countries (based on what I've seen, the poor man's version of Mexican food, but I'm willing to be persuaded either way.)
British (based on what I've heard it's bad but I like fish and chips so who knows!)
All ethnic foods are not created equal. Get at me.
=D
