The Big Bang Theory Season 7

When Jim Parsons does non-vocal comedy he very much comes across as Rowan Atkinson-esque. It's especially evident in laundry scene in the episode about Howard's dad.

"I'm having sex with a catholic school girl tonight!"

Couple of good jokes but this episode was mostly filler. It didn't progress anything and the jokes weren't amazing or anything.

I can't complain too much since I love Penny and Sheldon together.

Felt like they were setting up a few things.

Damn. Poor Amy

I really liked tonight's episode. Really digging this Emily chick. She probably posts guro on 4ch after work.

Loved last nights show! All Star Wars, and that
tender moment Sheldon hugging Leonard.
They really don't have to many serious moments in the show, but it should sometime. I know its a sticom though.

This is one of my favorite episodes so far.

great episode... next week is going to be fun

Agreed. This season has been very strong in my opinion. It may not have some of the most hilarious episodes, but it has been great for the character based stuff, which is something many detractors of this show overlook. Let's hope they keep the quality up in season 8.

For a second I though we were going to see more Sheldon development for the season finale with Amy but they decided to go with Penny and Leonard. And yes I agree. Awesome season all around.

When is the finale?

Shamy didn't really get development this week, but Sheldon is more frank and actually comprehends where their relationship is, and he was actually being helpful to Raj this week.

I just realized why Laura Spencer, who plays Emily, is so familiar. She is in that nasty Skittles ad where she kisses the guy who has Skittles for teeth.

I still think the show relies too much on half-baked schtick, like the scene where Sheldon explains Leonard's joke or the tacky fat jokes about Howard's mom. That being said, this show is still hilarious when the writers push themselves. That scene in the apartment with Raj and Sheldon was brilliant. Sheldon's seamless mix of compulsory social gestures and oblivious insensitivity gets me every time. The whole mix of cardamom, English breakfast tea, learning to be alone, and his final advice for Raj: that right there is why Jim Parsons wins Emmys.

I just wish the writers would push themselves to execute on that level for most of the episode. The Thanksgiving episode is a good example of what they should be shooting for.

No Amy this week... :-(

Off topic: I really liked Two and a Half Men this season, the Jeff Strongman arc was very funny at times. And I really liked some of the meta stuff they did, like Mila Kunis guest starring and having the sister from the Belushi sitcom on. I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff.

That was the finale y'all! No comments?

I'm a little disappointed Sheldon's mother didn't appear, but all in all it was pretty good.

I don't like how everyone is getting
married
. Is this show close to ending or something? And holy shit at Sheldon
leaving
.

Nice finale, glad to see more character development. Seems like the writers have hit a wall with Howard and Bernadette now, hoping to see more of Emily next season.

Good finale. Among the best episodes of the season.

Only two couples
is not that much, really.

Considering there's at least another 3 seasons coming, I'm pretty sure H&B will either get divorced, or have a baby someday. ;)

Strong finish with some surprising developments. No Emily again. I don't understand how Stewart keeps getting screen time - his character is boring and one dimensional as hell.

I would love it Sheldon came back and was a complete opposite of when he left... lol.

Also, Amy yelling and hitting Leonard with the pillow was hysterical.
