Just got the confirmation at the local cinema I work at that TDKR trailer WILL be attached to HP7.

I did some additional digging around and found out that we will be receiving it on Tuesday, however, it will be encrypted and won't be unlocked until 6:00pm Thursday.

So, I'm putting it on one of the theaters around 6:20ish Thursday and will have my camera. Should be uploaded shortly after.

Can't wait!!!

Yeah, that's the place. Surprised about the rowdy crowd, every time I went there it was pretty relaxed heh. Seating is much nicer there too. R/C's are already filthy, of course.

most of the time it's great. But the Dark Knight opener? Holy shit. Thousands of people there. Many cosplaying. So loud, so nuts. We had to sit in these award seats and people were throwing stuff and yelling and clapping throughout the film. I had to see it again because it was so distracting

When's comic con? I wanna see how Superman turned out already.

Speaking of comic-con, I'm actually quite excited to see how the Spider-Man movie is shaping up. Also, is the Spider-Man brand strong enough post-SM3 to give DKR a run for its money?

Which will probably be the case.
I will watch it on rip. it's tradition.

There's actually nothing more exciting than a shitty cam rip. Your imagination ends up filling it with all kinds of awesome sauce.

Gonna be real awesome if we get a quality cam rip of this trailer before even the hp7 midnight crowd gets to see it.

July 21-24

But Man of Steel won't start shooting until August, so there wouldn't be anything to show at Comic Con.
They could opt to show off the costume in some way.

It's not out of the question that they already did a photo shoot in the costume for a magazine cover. WB did it with Green Lantern and Batman Begins.

The Bane photo for TDKR was actually from early April, a month before shooting began.

Good. 30+ seconds of a man's back and some dialogue is not a good teaser. At least TDK's teaser showed the Batman logo.

But that's almost guaranteed to be what the teaser ends up consisting of, more or less: there'll be 30 seconds of ominous music and company logos, 30 seconds of more music/text/dialogue and a black screen or some bats or whatever, 10 seconds of footage from the same Bane image we've seen and maybe maybe something Catwoman-related, and then 30 seconds of SUMMER 2012 and more credits. I'd be shocked if there was anything more substantial at this point.

definitely watching rip style. no money wasted fuck yeah :D

Wait...is WB really gonna try and keep a legit release of the trailer off the interwebs in hopes they will get people to go watch HP?

I have no interest at all in the HP franchise but I love the Nolan Batman films...what happens to me?

You get to wait 3-5 days for it to hit apple's website, I guess.

You wait. You don't support this line of thinking. You watch it on rip. And watch it again when it hits the Apple page.

You watch it on Thursday during Entertainment Tonight with Kevin Frazier talking over it the entire time.

I hope I see it before I see HP at midnight so I can tell all my friends to shut the fuck up for it in theaters.

Remember watching that Inception cam rip in ,what was it, French? about 10,000 times.
So many fucking times.

I'll be surprised if there's any actual footage at all. TDK's teaser sure got people salivating without any.
It would be best if it was just 75 seconds of Nolan (vested, naturally) on a beach, staring out at the ocean.

TDKR is just 65 minutes of Cillian Murphy with a bag on his head getting the crap kicked out of him.

The other 35 minutes is Nolan counting all of his money, in individual dollar bills.

Liar, it's got be at least 140 minutes long. So 75 minutes for the money counting.

B4TMAN, starring Guy Pearce as Bruce Wayne, who spends the whole film drinking in Wayne Manor and hurling insults at the film's real star: ROBIN, who must fight Alfred, who has become the evil Tangerine Man
