Best part about the teaser is Batman being intimidated physically. Ra's was the most accomplished villain physically but Bruce/Batman thought he could match him. No fear was involved. Batman backing off as Bane advances is a perfect way to end it.

It was a bit too dark to see if they made any small changes. I don't think it will be as big of a change from Begins to TDK if there is changes.

This is probably way off but are we sure that's Batman in that last shot and not Catwoman? I can't get a good view but it seems that the suit is very slimmed down and the way the persons steps backswards seems rather weird.

The way Bane is conveyed in this movie is going to make it or break it, I think. From what it looks like, the character is going to be directly tied to Bruce's growth. Mess it up and it'll reflect poorly on the overall arc. That's difficult to come back from for a movie. I'm hyped to see him in action though. He needs to be a monster. That first Batman and Bane encounter has to be epic (I imagine that shot at the end of the teaser is part of it). Far beyond what the first encounter of Bruce and Joker was in TDK.
