My workouts lately have not been as intense as usual because I cut out caffeine of my diet. Yesterday I tried something new, I worked out at home while porn was playing in the background. My workout was very intense and I am experiencing some epic DOMS right now.
I workout at home and the gym. I use the gym for my leg days since I don't have a squat rack in my place. Tomorrow is my leg day and I am thinking that I should rip some MP3 porn into my phone and listen to it while working out in the gym (using ear buds of course!).
