Trunks killing Freeza has never gotten old. I always watch that clip every now and then.

Never would of had that impact on me if they didn't spend a shit ton of episodes iterating how super powerful and near impossible to defeat freeza was. And then some random dude comes along and easily chops him half....like he was NOTHING. Rocked the socks off my fucking socks at the time. Though there is one thing....what's the weird hand flailing shit that Trunks does before he fires the distracting shot? What's up with that? Does he ever do it again? Oh whatever, it's not important...it was badass though.

Too bad my interest in the series started to wane off at that point. It was only down hill from there.

Still have yet to see the Buu saga....maybe someday....

It may not be the best ever, but my all time favorite is the end scene in the Courage the Cowardly Dog episode The Tower of Dr. Zalost (starts at about 18:00)

Ren & Stimpy - Rubber Nipple Salesman - Mr. Horse and the "Call the police" Walrus.

Maybe not "the best", but definitely my favorite.

Hell yes, it's definitely up there. "Rubber Nipple Salesman" is one of the best cartoons ever made.

My two favorites that come to mind are:


Porky meets the dodo, some of the funniest animation I've encountered. Still laugh out loud in earnest every time I see it. "Porky In Wackyland" definitely also one of my favorite Cartoons ever. The color remake sucks, though.


Pronoun Trouble, just some of the funniest drawings and great writing too. A lot of love for "What's Opera Doc?" In this thread, but as far as I'm concerned the hunting trilogy is Jones' best work. Seeing Daffy angrily readjust is shotgunned bill never gets old for me.

Don't know if it's been posted yet, but one of my most favorite scenes from ATLA is

the scene in Bitter Work where Zuko is on the mountain and he's trying to learn the lightning redirection technique by using lightning from a storm and he calls out god or life about how it's never held back before. It always amazed me that they put a scene like that in a kid's show.

Really, the entirety of ATLA is a masterpiece, imo. I should rewatch the series.
