I'm guessing that's the case because we'll be using Banshees and/or human flying vehicles to combat them. Or because we'll be slaughtering them while riding in the back of a Pelican. Either way, I look forward to the aerial combat in Halo Triple.

With all the changes Bungie made to the Brutes, I expected Drones to get a makeover as well. Can't wait to see how they act in Halo 3.

I'm sure that if/when Bungie shows something, we'll have a seperate thread to discuss it. There's a lot of opporunities in the next month for the curtain on Halo 3 to be pulled back, (E3, EGM, etc.). We will not want for Halo discussion, sooner or later.

Seriously though, I agree. Overheat and I can argue about respawns and how level 12ers can't grasp how to play or whatever in PMs, but let's not disturb the others with our bickering.

My daughter was playing Cloning Clyde (and has since moved on to Marble Blast). The Luxor love was all mine. It's....a good game. So good I had to delete it from my HDD for a while because I was so addicted I was coming in late to work.

And I'm nicer on the internet than in life. I'm kind of a dick, actually. It's like the opposite of Gabe's Greater Internet ****wad theory.

Yeah, same thing really, but instead of moving your shooter around in the middle, you move left to right accross the bottom. It's addictive, but I ran into a wall on Normal around level 75. They added enough colors that my poor colorblind eyes can't tell the difference. I think on a high-def set I'd be able to (my beloved clunker blurs things too much and has poor color calibration). Come August, my addiction begins again in earnest.

Yeah, new TV soon. I get a bonus in August that's earmarked for the HD set. I will be a 32" 720p set. The low-end for HD, but a giant, galactic leap forward from where I'm at. I think I've been mentioning my TV more lately because I'm so close to buying one (I'll buy it in July, pay for it in August) that it's been on my mind. I've used monetary reasons to justify the set for years now, but truth is I can't wait to offload that ancient POS.
