Idk who they'd cast, because 1st of all she'd need to act before bulking and idk if any actress would be willing to gain so much muscle mass for a role in a short amount of time just for that role alone

Yeah the fitness isnt there but with an intense workout anything can happen. O'brian is a perfect fit but I think she looks too mature and way older than Bella Ramsey, in this regard, Shannon fits I suppose.
