The fact that they are speeding through the hardware announcements makes me wonder, what are they in such a hurry to reveal at the end?

Just throwing my two cents in with everyone else - there's a whole additional hour to go. They're wrapping everything we knew about in the first hour.

Hmm...

I've done 90% of my work on an iPad pro the last few months. It's actually pretty great for meetings and collaborative work, you can just pass it around the table.

Taking notes in a classroom, like they showed, would actually be something I'd considering doing because doing that in lectures would make it much easier to add/remove things and reformat them after. That's all without using paper.

So an external USB port for the iPad Pro? Does iOS even support external USB accessories?

Yes - you can use the current USB camera adapter for things like USB keyboards, USB MIDI adapters, USB microphones, ethernet adapters, etc. However, the power output on the current one is low so some devices that draw power didn't work well with it. This one's powered so it shouldn't have that problem.

So the Pro display changes color temp to match it's surroundings, making it not display a color accurately?

No apparel developer is using an iPad to replace a laptop. Everyone uses excel to manage tech packs that besides images, include all the construction and size grade info. You can't do that on note program without creating a lot of extra work. The factory actually doing the work is most likely using XP still.

Oh my god the SE has the performance of a 6S in a 4" body, AND it's in all the color schemes with the iPhone 5 case style?

That's better than I could have imagined.

I find the repeated snark so odd against "5 year old PCs" and replacing them... It's like Volkswagon criticizing Toyota Corolla drivers for having reliable cars.

Pricing:

The new iPad Pro comes in 32Gb for $599 and 128GB for $749 and for the first time, $899 for a 256GB in WiFi configurations.
