I love Where Eagles Dare. The instrumentals, particularly the drums, are killer to me.
Flight of Icarus is pretty good too. Hallowed be thy name is probably my favorite because of Bruce Dickinson's awesome voice. I really like Iron Maiden's songs.
Yea, Where Eagles Dare is amazing. All guitars/bass/vocals depart drift off and do their thing then come back together after the solos while Nicko McBrain keeps them all together on beat….very Iron Maiden. Production wise, it's easily the heaviest Iron Maiden album. The pacing of the track listing is relentless too, with the only flaw being that stupid Quest For Fire song.
All this talk makes me want to post some old metal music videos:
Metal Church - Watch The Children Pray
Accept - Fast As A Shark
Voivod - Ravenous Medicine
Manowar - Gloves of Metal
