The magic of brilliant writing: We had a neighbor come in half way through watching 30 Rock last night. She had never seen the show before, had no clue about what was going on or who the characters were, but she was laughing hysterically within a minute or two. The show is just knocking them out of the park so consistently sometimes it's hard to catch your breath with all that laughing. Our neighbor now wants to watch all the seasons.

I slept on this show for so long, but have finally caught up with almost all the episodes. It's fantastic, and the more episodes I watched the more I liked it. The humor is really consistent, and Liz Lemon is the best character ever. I can't get enough of seeing Liz in high school and college. That amazing perm! I am gay, but I would still totally make out with Tina Fey because she is a goddess.

Wasn't a fan of Generalissimo. I thought the last 2 eps were much funnier. They finally gave Jenna some worthwhile and hilarious stuff to do and i absolutely love when they team up her and Tracey. They are hysterical together. I can't stand Tracy by himself, but she makes him bearable.

The sheer brilliance of Tracy being Kenneth's voice had me laughing every time they came on screen.

I'm kind of disappointed that she ditched him (although the scene was hilarious), because seeing Kenneth on a date is one of those adorable disaster moments. I would've loved to see it again.

I guess it's kinda adorable the way she tries so hard and still fails...

She still slows down every scene with her weird cadence. I can't wait until she's gone, because she's not a strong addition to the show and because I'm tired of guest stars taking away time with the core cast. I demand more episodes based within the studio about making the show.
