I only played really quick yesterday, but Tom's buying for 603. I stopped at like 7:20 PM. So obviously I can roll the clock back to like 7:21 PM if any one wants to get in on this.

Does anyone know if I've saved a game at a specific time (like 7:20 PM) and I roll the clock back to something like 9 AM would the turnip prices remain the same?

I play but really don't see much point in going online with it. I had my first ever visitor to my town over yesterday and he looked around some and we chatted a little and that was that. Pretty dull especially since we normally chat on AIM anyhow. I never visited a town yet but I imagine it'd end up about the same.

Yep, I´m playing it daily. I´m Spanish, so it´s not anything odd, the game´s been here for a month now. I don´t play online that much anyway. I like playing with people I know well, so I end playing with my girlfriend and none else >_<

Damn, I would have liked to get in on that, there was me thinking 186 bells was a good price lol.

BTW don't time travel if u have turnips, destroys them.

I dont think you need to change you clock. Can anyone clarify if turnips will go bad between weeks in different towns? My date/time of my last save is Friday @ 7:20 PM. So if someone from today visits my town will their turnips go bad?

I visited HeadsUpSevenUp's town and his date was like 2100 or something like that and im not sure if anything was effected.

At the moment don't think i will be joining you, keep getting 52103 error which doesn't make any sense (can connect to the dongle and the internet but not the nintendo servers)

Did the exact same thing last time I tried, so i uninstalled software and attempted to reinstall but keep getting "Internet connection Sharing error"

I've also noticed my dongle runs incredibly hot, I wonder if it's faulty
 
MrPing, I'm having the exact same problem right now. I was able to go over to Cloak's once, but now when I connect (even though my Wifi USB thing says 1 user is connected) it says no access point can be found... So then I go to the wifi setup like it recommends, and it connects, but I can't connect in the game. Cloak; I appreciate the one trip I was able to make, I got 900k out of it. When my Wifi works again I'll give you the money.
 
The dongle is a piece of shit, Nintendo fucked up royally, instead of making things easier it makes things infuriating and impossible to function.

Gonna buy me a dsl/wireless router combo, £60 but I've had enough of the agro
 
Cloak, for some reason none of the Mario-related stuff appeared in my catalog. The Zelda stuff and the metroid showed up (although the latter is not for sale), but the Blue Falcon and the Mario stuff isn't. I feel bad (especially after making you go in and out so many times... Would it be possible for you to order the Mario/F-Zero items out of your catalog and then like, store them somewhere so that I could pick them up at some point? (not today or anything, but maybe this week?)

Yeah, I did hold it. But it's weird, the Mario stuff didn't show up in my catalogue after holding it.

I just closed my gate. I did a quick check and I dont see it there either... I got that stuff from HeadsUpSevenUp . I'll look again.

I dont usually promote "cheating" but at 603 per turnip.... I just saved at 9:32 PM on my game. So if there is anyone else out there who wants this let me know... I'll probably be on some time tomorrow (@9:33PM game time lol) not sure when, for real. :)

I'm in serious need of axes. Nook hasn't been selling them for 2 days and I need to plant about 20 pears (which involves cutting down the same number of trees :p) Also If anyone fancies helping me out and buying something from my nook, think I'm pretty close to the last shop upgrade.
 
I have a question about fishing is it just luck what you catch. Or is there away to catch more red snappers for example. Because sometimes you keep getting sea bass shadows and no red snapper shadows.

Or you keep getting horse mackrel instead of squits.
 
I'm in the same boat as Stevek211 want to upgrade Nook's, just need someone to come and buy anything ie a sapling which costs 60 bells.

Also I just spent around 500k bells on turnips at 92bells each, so if anyone gets a nice price throughout this week let me know heh.

I have a question.

I NEVER (and I really mean NEVER) get messages from Tom Nook about sales and discounts and spotlight items on my messageboard.

Every town I visit, they always have loads.

I've never (really never) ever had one. Anyone else noticed this?

I'm not imagining this. I've had the US game since Christmas and have played it every single day. No messages. Ever.
 
Im thinking of buyning this game off my friend. I played it for awhile and it seems interesting, but i heard after a few weeks this game gets boring. I was wondering if playing this game online will extend the enjoyment for this game? Are there alot of fun stuff you can do with other people when you play online?
 
I think online is basically just for turnip price hiking and maybe finding items not in your town. And leaving funny notes or signs somewhere also.

I've only done wi-fi twice with it, and I still play it daily. But I'm gunning for a 100% completion on all the catalogs, so I have to always check the stores, etc.
