Ya'll give cyborg shit but I don't think they'll ever get hawk & dove to work for me, even though I like Dove's design and her story with Deadman in Brightest Day.

I liked the idea of a fallen leaguer, and I thnk Hal was more interesting as a god like figure. I'm glad they atleast kept around a version of him in the multiverse, though I never read the issue where he came to earth to meet our Hal so I don't know what he's doing now.

Re-watching Game of Thrones, I'm reminded of a Batman story I once read, it was about a jewel thief dressed in all black. He was stealing stuff to make his sister 'look prettier'. Even back then and with the translation into my native tongue, I realized the brother/sister relationship was incredibly fucked up. He manages to outsmart Batman several times.

The things he stole

1) fur coat
2) pearl necklace
3) Big-ass diamond (not totally sure on this one)

Eventually, he is finally cornered on a rooftop and caught and the sister leaves him to his fate, escaping with everything they stole so far.

Who were those two?
