Slayven what do you think of T'Challa and Storm as a couple? Which character would make a worthy bride for the panther?

I just read that storyline last night. I thought it was great and they really built it up. Then it's completely wiped away in one page in AvsX.

One thing I liked is you saw the world reacting to their engagement. The Avengers were happy for them and The X-Men were like "What the fuck? She's just going to leave us here?"

Fucking mutants.

It wasn't a point of being worthy. They just not were good with each other. BP needs a chick that will check him. United front to the people, but tell him his shit stinks just like everyone else behind close doors.

Only reason they were together was they were black and African. Even BP's peeps knew i was bullshit

Being powered by magic doesn't matter if you're just using the power for a physical attack. Like if Superman punches something, he's not hitting it with sun rays, his body is just using the sun rays to make his fist stronger.

This too. This is why black Adam can't just 1 shot superman.

Why does giving black characters electricity-based powers happen so often? Why did Mephisto want Spider Man's marriage? Has Luther ever tried to transplant Superman's hair onto his head?

Do you think Beta Ray Bill can still lift Mjolnir even though Odinson & Odin can't?

Do you think they can still lift Stormbreaker?

When did this happen? Looks like new 52 but it didn't happen in Darkseid war or the first JL story. Did Batman fight Darkseid another time?

It's from an issue of Batman & Robin where Bruce fights Darkseid to get stuff to bring Damian back to life.

No
ONly standout thing about Wildstorm was this
divine-right-1.jpg

Casey's Wildcats run? Ellis' Stormwatch? The Authority?

Uh, the super-fast, semi-autonomous, mind-controlled magic hammer?

Old Superman barely beat Thor in JLA/Avengers. The new guy wheezes in the presence of magic. It's not a winning fight right now.

I have a theory that this is because this leads to water based weakness and there was some crazy idea (cough cough racism cough cough) long time ago that black people were physicaly unable to swim

What issue will blue marvel and captain marvel finally hook up?
And next big Black Panther event?
Your rotation of kicks?
If you met a dude wearing shaqs, how defensive would you be?
Selma Hayek or Sofia Vergara?

Slayven, why is The Watcher sometimes depicted as mute, but in other stories he's a chatterbox?

Also why was the Juggernaut invited to T'challa and Ororo's wedding?

Goes to the myth black people can't swim, as an electric based character they ahve a good reason never to be in water. Devils love love
Necron wanted Flash's love

Why not BRB is indepentat of those 2.
Yes

The Establishment and The Monarchy literally made me color blind for a week.

What's the most ridiculously OP feat in comics?

I thought BM was with that lady in Mighty Avengers?
Probably after Coates run
Selma Hayek, she seems real cool

The Watchers are assholes
It was during the time Juggernaut was an X-men.

Who would win in a fight? 25 years old Dick Grayson or 25 years old Bruce Wayne?

My money is on Dick Grayson, he would have years of experience ahead.

I thought both Static Shock and Black Lightning were created by black creators...? Why would they care about the racist myth of black people not being able to swim?

Grayson easy

Tony Isbella is not a black dude, he created Black Lightening. and his name is just Static
Can't argue with that. They were so bad.

To this day I don't know what their power was beside "they do things"

I remember seeing this issue online that didn't take itself seriously at all, it had Psylocke, Punisher, Deadpool and someone else, probably Angel or something on a team and I remember Punisher beating the villain because he was incapable of laugher or something like that.

Do you know whiich issue I am talking about.

Reed did it first

Stupid Richards

I get that cap was using his super-shield there, which is far stronger then gladiator, but wouldn't the girder with gladi's full strength behind it have rammed the shield against the ground and turned cap into a shield/cement goo sandwich?

Why did DC stop publishing novelizations of their major events? (usually written by Greg Cox) I loved those books and Batman: Knightfall by Dennis O'Neil was great. They should do that more often

What happened to Ultimate Peter Parker, Slayven? Is he dead?

I can answer this. Peter "died" from his gunshot from the Punisher and then his fight with Green Goblin. Miles then becomes Spider-Man. Later Peter mysteriously returns and it's implied that his "Oz" exposure brought him back. He and Mary Jane leave for parts unknown to live a life together and then after Secret Wars the Ultimate Universe ceased to exist-but Molecule Man brought over Miles and his circle of friends/family.

Shield asborbs kinetic energy to a point.
Dear Slayven,

What do you think about Icon?
Love him and Rocket, wish Marvel would lease the rights and publish a book
Slayven does Reed Richards have internal organs or is he just "magic"? Does he have a healing factor?
Maybe they don't go into details.
No his face got melted once and it took God to fix it.

Ultimate Universe tried to pseudo science it and say Reed's internals had been converted to a gel pack full of special bacoria or something.

I still have the countdown novel and yet to read it. My guess is they just didn't sale. I wish the big 2 would get into novels. The last attempt was by marvel where they had Rogue and She Hulk novels written to a more female audience.
slayven do u like spawn

Yeah, but Spawn is one of those books I am shocked to still see being published. That and The Darkness

What kills you inside more: Prep-time Batman, or when people call "Static" by the title of the show?

Marvel owns the rights to Icon?

Marvel owns the rights to Icon?

Preptime Batman because I know they are just parroting what they heard on the internet.

No the Milestone folks formed a collective after DC did not renew the rights, and looking to option their IPs to the highest bidder. Marvel got Disney money.

So he got resurrected just to die again a few months later off-page. basically?

and nothing of value was lost except Spider Woman and Bombshell.

I believe Bombshell was the girl with Ganke at the end of Ultimate End.
OG6GIhC.jpg

She's confirmed alive by Bendis.

As far as the extended cast is confirmed are you able to tell us who's stays and goes?

Brian: Ultimate End #5 came out so we have seen that Ganke makes it over. More people were worried about Ganke than they worried about Miles. Ganke is fine. Ganke and Bombshell, who was an original character that there was no Marvel Universe equivalent of, was one of Miles' buddies are still in this story. His gang of friends remains intact, and added on to that gang of friends is Kamala Khan, Sam Alexander and the people that he's in the Avengers with already. There is a pretty solid group of new characters from this last few years that have all found each other in friendship and adversity. That's cool.
