Ramirez said:Not really, he actually has some great ideas at times, he just doesn't convey them in the best way. But I don't think it matters how he laid his suggestions out, no one would listen.
I really hope Reach has new people in charge of playlists, or at the least more than one guy does it. Halo 3's playlists have been laughably stale and bad for close to a year or more.

So he's the guy who made Blockout and Leviathan? Damn, those maps are not only awesome aesthetically, but they play really well, too. Hire this man.kylej said:edit. my man Vincent is doing all sorts of crazy renders and putting in some work for his map designs.

Bungie hire this dude. He's smart as hell and loves Halo.
Small world. I was just talking with Mickraider about his Campground design. He's teaching people to forge over at Forge Hub and that's the one he's starting with.kylej said:edit. my man Vincent is doing all sorts of crazy renders and putting in some work for his map designs.

Not only they're bad most of the times, they're awfully repetitive
I generally agree, but there's a pinch of worthyness in what juices and co are saying.Falt said:I kid, I kid but some of you guys really need to get a new schtick.

That Construct clip certainly leaves a bad feeling in ones mouth.
Perhaps the Shiskha bitching wouldn't have happened if Bungie were more transparent about what his exact job is/how much time they'd have some one devoted to Matchmaking as their job etc.
*shrugs*
This I'd disagree on.LunaticPuma said:For a company that built itself up on the foundation of its community, they seemed to have dropped the ball with Halo 3.
I still have yet to pick up the Encyclopedia, and the new Halo book (Evolutions) comes out this week if I'm not mistaken.Zeouterlimits said:Question for those who bought the Halo Encyclopedia:
Is this all canon? I thought some of the stuff I was surprised to find in it were not canonical.
Very nice designs. I used Google SketchUp before. Some people use CAD to build maps, while i prefer to use BAD.kylej said:

Question. Is it supposed to be so difficult to get the Sniper?
I don't have room in my file share right now. It will have to wait until we play again, or if someone can meet me online later today i could give it to them.Dani said:Can you download maps with silver? I doubt it.

You might dong on me soon though those second accounts rank up fast. :lol
kylej said:43 sounds like the point where I'll have an aneurysm. I play with my sound muted and without a mic so I can listen to Stern while I play. In the 40s the other team has some idea how to point a gun while I'm sure my teammates will stay as retarded as they always are aka I'm gonna choke some bitches

10x the amount of the average Neogaf poster or Halogaf poster?Ramirez said:Dude, I've probably played 10x the amount of Halo 3 than the average person who posts here, I complain out of love.

Cause the latter doesn't even seem possible.
Major Williams said:I don't necessarily want to harp on Shiska but more the management of the playlists in general. I do think that the community would benefit from more than one person in charge of the playlists. I understand it is somewhat like that today, with input being taken from all directions, but having more than one person held responsible makes it a team project that will continuously be looked at by different people - and thereby more diverse by nature. Having clearly defined goals, deadlines and direction will help answer these complaints, while simultaneously avoiding the blamefest thrown specifically on Shiska.
Count me in. Those are the last two vidmasters I need too.DancingJesus said:Man it's impossible for me to get four of my friends together for the Vidmasters.
I've been trying to get them since launch but can't seem to get it going.
I only have Deja Vu and Endure left for my achievement hunt and I was wondering if anyone from GAF could help out.
I have one buddy who is very good and will help but I still need two more...
