It's beign developed by Digi-Guys. There's not a whole lot known about the gameplay, and yes its a PS3 exclusive.

With it becoming a PS3 exclusive i'd say there's a good chance Sony will end up as the publisher, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

That'd be a pretty good snag by Sony, if the game ends up being good of course. From the screenshot, it's very impressive how natural everything looks, way above what UE3 games are doing IMO.

It's odd how the lighting in particular takes such a big hit. That tends to happen with certain games using dynamic range, but for whatever reason WKS is especially flat looking in all the grabs I've seen. In the HD vids it's positively lush.

Also, in the game shots, parts on the car don't reflect back onto the car itself (antennae, driver's helmet, etc.).

I'm assuming anything after the first TGS showing counts as the latest build since they all look the same/in the same league... and there's raiden and liquid snake dammit - can't ignore those just because they weren't in the TGS gameplay trailer.
