The only improvement that I will need is the ability to filter out themes and avatar in the game section. It has no business to appear in the game section.

People say use the apps instead, but the apps are pretty bad took, when was the last time you were waiting on an iPhone apps loading bar or couldn't open chats occasionally in PS Messages?

The website is also bad for the same reason, how does it take so long to load up when other much content heavier sites are instant?

All of these need a rework.

It's so confusing and the search option is terrible. At least things load fast for the most part, but that's the only thing I like about it.

It's pretty horrible. I won't say it's unusable but if you're trying to find something specific it can be a nightmare, especially if you must search using a common word.

Because of that I always use the web store.

Yeah it's pretty bad. Crazy that there's no images/screenshots for games and instead just some shitty low res video at the top. They really need to do a better job of informing consumers about each game. MS does this better I think.

You didn't even mention the worst part - the goddamn abomination of a search interface. Damnit Sony, you have probably the best gamepad-operated on-screen keyboard I've ever used, so why do I have to go through this insane scrolling one-letter-at-a-time search... thing?

Good god that is infuriating. It's not like that on the Japan version of the store. I want that 1 thing changed more than anything. I came into this thread just to see if other people were complaining about that aspect.

I personally preferred the prior PS Store on the PS3. Not the very first one, but the first revamp (with the tiles). The current PS Store is just such a hassle to navigate, both from a UI perspective, as well as a performance perspective. On the PS4 I tend to go straight to the search function, because oftentimes the category system just doesn't serve my needs.

YES! Ran so well too. I love seeing it sometimes if I randomly play PSABR.

The store has gotten worse overtime IMO and for various reasons already stated. That search function is hilariously pathetic honestly.

Not in my experience with the PSN store. It's actually slight faster than the Xbox Store.
