My current daily, 1959 Thunderbird. Gonna start bagging it later this week.

Some of my old rides, a 1964 Buick wagon, and my old 53 Ford.

*drools* I just painted my truck pearl red but damn she would look good in that candy color.

Which one, the wagon was just a blue base with crushed glass patterns, the 53 Ford was Toreador Red base, with 2 different colors of House Of Kolor flake. No candy on either. Everyone thought the 53 had candy though, it was just a pound of flake and 5 gallons of clear! I probaly sanded and buffed 2 gallons back off though!

My baby. Just bought her mid-December. 2007 Mazdaspeed3 GT, fully loaded w/ nav and everything.

I love knowing it's faster than a lot of other daily drivers I see everyday.

Edit: props to the Mazda love on GAF.

whats with all the Mazdas?! My cousin used to call them wanker cars, and when I asked "why, because only wankers drive them?" he said "no, mazda-bate"

This thread has made me realise the vast gulf in car buying-power between middle class americans and the rest of the world.

I'm not usually a "brand guy", but I've driven other econoboxes of a similar make to my Protege, and none of them seem as fun. My car is by no practical definition powerful, but there's just something about how it handles that continues to put a smile on my face now and then.

Shiiit. There's like barely any SUVs or Pick-ups in here. Are people taking the word 'car' literally or does no one live in California/South?

Hey guys, Just thought I'd share pictures of my car.

33w5x78.jpg

It's a Ford Falcon XR6 2004 model.

It's a Straight 6 good for about 320 Horsepower (has a few quick and easy modifications).

Awesome car to drive. Traction control, Limited Slip Diff, Sports Shift Auto (only 4 speed :'( ), Leather Interior, Premium Sound System with 6 stacker and colour screen with DVD player. It's had a little work done since those pictures however, it has some custom badging on the rear, a sports exhaust (with twin pipes instead of the single) and slightly lowered.

Really awesome car, heaps of torque (for a six) and a really nice smooth ride... sounds grunty as well. It drinks petrol like a bitch though.

I've never seen anything like that Stripper, it looks like a saloon and a chav's compact had a baby

It's an Australian family sedan, so I doubt they would be exported elsewhere (I think the Pontiac GTO/Monaro is our only noticeable export).

But yeah, full-sized sedan... when you say you haven't seen anything like it - do you mean it looks retarded, or looks decent?

After having my ego smashed, I had no choice but to show my car. I love her but she is slowly dying.

I don't think I'll ever get one of those shiny cars. :(

1996 Buick Centuary Custom (That's right, Custom)

YES! I used to have the 1993 CUSTOM! Mine was maroon. I often referred to her as the "Buick of Destiny." What an amazing machine, it still runs today but is in the hands of another family member.

22 years old, paying for it myself. Still in school with a full time job.
God damn I am so lazy... I can barely manage a full-time job let alone staying in school.

Like the rest of UK GAF I also have a shitty car...

2005 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 1500
4x4 with the manual transfer case
5.7L V8 with the 5-speed auto trans

I bought it new in July 2005, and now have just over 75,000 miles on it. I upgraded the differentials to a 4.10 gear ratio and had a Line-X installed. I don't have any pictures up on my webspace, but it is sitting in the parking lot overloaded with about 2000 lbs of wood and bricks in the truck bed from our old house deck that just got torn down. I plan to install helper bags under the truck bed sometime soon to take stress off the leaf springs for all the crap I haul around.

I use it too much to sell it for a more efficient vehicle. Fortunately, my wife drives a 2004 Saturn Vue with the 2.2L I4 and manual transmission, which is good for about 30mpg on the highway if driven correctly.

I'd take pictures of mine, but it's really shitty looking from the snow.

2008 Mazda3 Touring Value Edition, Metropolitan Gray Mica.

I bought it last July. I couldn't afford a GT. I was going to push it to get a S Sport, but they didn't have them on the lot, and they wanted way too much extra to bring one in from another state. Their stock went from TVE -> S Touring -> GT, skipping right over S Sport. Apparently they never even had a S Sport on the lot... they just never ordered them or something.

I'll see if I can take some pics tomorrow, since it should be nice out and I'll try to get it cleaned up.

Not my pictures, but you get the idea.

Actual colors and years though.

My daily driver (wife bought it brand new and passed it down)
2004 Dodge Neon SXT

Her 4x4 that I rarely get to drive....
2006 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4 ( you need 4x4 in Ohio's winters)

Great little SUV, but worst interior known to man. EVERYTHING stains it.

I had it up 280 WHP about to a little over 300 to crank by replacing the stock supercharger with an aftermarket one. But the motor went pop. Working on getting forged internals atm.

You are a man of epic fail. I can't believe you sold your RX7. =(

After having driven the new A4 it's definitely near or on the top of my list of ~30K entry luxury sedans.

Now if only I had job I'd be leasing one.

Where's the dude with the M3, X6 and Cooper S? He gets a new car like every month as seen in the monthly pick-ups thread! :o

You mean the guy from Dubai? I don't recall. I actually think he has an M6, X5 4.8L, and M5 - I think.

here is my 1991 project blazer. I bought it in 2006 and was going to have it done in 2007.... still not there. Got married, a house, etc etc.
It has a 3/4 drop. I installed door poppers/solenoids. I just haven't gotten around to removing the handles and getting them welded up.
Installed an LED 3rd brake light too.

I started a 2nd gen s10 front end swap with a Escalade front bumper.

Here is the dash I started with one of my center consoles:
