Holy shit this movie is terrible. You expect us to believe he was unconscious the entire time this outbreak was happening? :lol Not to mention that the opening is that opening is a total ripoff of 28 Days Later, a much better movie in my estimation, by the way.

Also in the beginning when he got shot there's no way real cops wouldn't have secured the overturned car before just chatting away with him. If I've learned one thing from COPS it's that. Christ.
