1) its not a movie
2) its based on something that was written before 28 Days later came out (but published after- its just one of those things
3) Maybe they're shitty cops
4) you're changing the channel already? Give it a chance.
 
Why wouldn't they use the word 'zombies' -- instead of hinting at 'walking dead' etc? The characters, I mean. It pretty adequately captures these folks.

Haha, it really is true. You know if this shit happened in real life every would instantly be screaming ZOMBIES! It's funny to say this but it's always been a pet peeve of mine in stuff like this. It just isn't realistic unless you're really saying the idea of zombies don't exist in the universe. :lol

The way they set up his character in the show, I don't think they are going to have him again like they did in the comics. Makes me sad because that was a REALLY good moment in the books.

That would be a significant cut from the comic if true.
 
I will give this a couple more episodes before I come to a conclusion on it, however so far it's not very entertaining.

I suppose I should read the books, I've only had at least 4-5 ppl tell me it's a must.

Doood, just stick with it. I was in the same boat (show was recommended by a friend) but I'm actually begging you to stick with it. I was kind of ho-hum on it at 1st but by the end of the episode I was craving for MORE. I want to know what you think of it after it's done.

It was interesting to watch for the 1st half but not really entertaining. As a whole it's GREAT though
