The watch is in the master bedroom where you can find bandages. By the way, in my second game (where I picked the opposite choices as my main playthrough) I found out you can find the bandages in two ways. One way is to go into the house and search the master bedroom, but you can also get bandages by knocking on a window and getting Alvin to get them for you. Pretty cool.
Also, the second method got Clementine some sweet apple juice to drink away her tears while stitching herself up. You drink that juice, girl.
Oh boy, I hope that's him. Loved that character in 400 Days.
EDIT:
Well, you actually do need to get there if you don't knock on the window to get Alvin's attention before you get into the house. It's where you can find bandages.
Wow, I had no idea you could get bandages another way.
-I can't tell if Sarah is just very naive or mentally handicapped. The way Carlos spoke of her made it sound like there's something more going on. I did the pinky swear because something tells me that Clem and Sarah are going to become more acquainted anyway.
Either she's real quirky, or has some sort of anterograde amnesia.
It would help contextualize her comments.
-"It's great to have someone the same age as me." (Clem was all, wtf are you talking about, you're older than me)
-She pinky-swears. (could be associated with younger children)
-Eagerness to be friends without knowing a person, especially in this now shit world.
-Talks about people who I have no idea who the fuck they were. The group never seemed to ever be too large, but she makes them sound like the girls from class she knows. We only really knew about the dead mom and the one survivor they brought in.
-Carlos is way over-protective of her seeing anything on the outside. Maybe he doesn't want to put her through the horror anew, daily.
-She seems to be oblivious to what's going on at all, but there's no way you could keep a secret like that for so long.
I honestly think it's the amnesia.
