The guy in 3rd crossed the Russian's lane which is against the rules, right? Russia is apparently contesting it.

EDIT: Challenge over - the standings stand.

Women's 3k speed skating, I am ready!

The BBC doesn't stream all events online?

Jp just won the russian. Russia am cry.

They have different live streams. I think you can find them if you scroll down.

Edit: for speed skating, it looks like there are 2 camps of techniques. One that swings their right arm even when not turning, and one that puts both behind their backs when not turning. Interesting to see a battle of not only strength and endurance, but also technique.

It's also a battle of the suits.

They say Wüst is in killer form, let's believe it will happen. Maybe we can stay ahead of Russia in the medal count for two whole days :P

Lol, that reddit post doesn't have any video evidence. It's just word of mouth - I would be wary of just jumping on the Russia hate bandwagon.

I kinda hope that we Germans won't win anything this time. Maybe then they'll finally reform our shitty sport promotion/sponsorship system.

Oh you will get your share of medals (maybe already today in luge and ski jumping), do not worry, so bosses at Audi / VW will jump with joy :P

The announcer on NBC said that if Germany's hockey team doesn't come in at least 6th, they will have to shut it down or something? WTF?

That downhill course was tough. They really made it a challenging run. Austrians always find a way to medal in alpine events.
