I would take it in a damn second provided there were no drawbacks.
Working out is to fitness as my morning commute is to my job. I would rather do pretty much anything than these two things but it must be done. But not with this magic pill. Gimme.
I would take it, but I do love going to the gym and lifting. I would most likely keep lifting, but wont be as focused and wont cry if I miss a day. I would stop doing HIIT cardio entirely though.
