I've struggled all my time as a DM, I've struggled to get anything done being alone. I've struggled with associates not pulling their weight, but, my worries are over! I have 2 new associates, and both are helpful and knowledgeable about our department. It's like I got lucky and won the lottery, for once my department now has coverage. It's a good feeling leaving work early having completed everything and knowing I have a little bit less to worry about.
