I'm not sure why you'd say that unless you're discounting the rest of their coverage. Part of the fun of the conferences is reacting to the news. They had fun during the conference and spent plenty of time over the next day's giving insight and debating merits of the reveals.

I didn't have a problem with the rest of the coverage. Like Elyse remained professional through the reveals, and when her group was like 'oh she's quiet', she was like 'Oh i'm taking notes'. She was the only professional there during those parts of everyone else freaking out.

And I'm sure I've read on another thread about someone complaining about Elyse because she wasn't as excited because she's a woman, It's like, the fuck is that shit?

I've always enjoyed their content. IGN gets all the clicks, but GT has the right knowledge and love of games.

I used to watch GT reviews when I was younger and I regularly watch Kyle Bosman now, but I didn't pay attention to the GT streams on E3 until their reaction to TLG/FF7/Shenmue 3 got a lot of attention.

Are there any other shows the other three folks on that stream who weren't Bosman work on that are worth watching?

Huber Hype, Tabletop Adventure, GT Time.

I would recommend Mandatory Update, but it's not for everyone. Mandatory Update Nights is more of a podcast format though in case you don't like their scripted jokes.

When applicable, they also throw up Just Played episodes which is some of them sitting down to talk about a game they've played recently. Trailer Score also goes up where Branson, Bloodworth and Bosman review a recent trailer.

I don't remember them being negative about Microsoft either. I also don't know how that makes Giantbomb better ( They liked Horizon for example) outside of preferences about personalities. Not everything needs to be a competition.

No? They were pretty pumped about MS too, just obviously there were no massive surprises bar BC. The pirate game.gkt them all pretty damn hyped too.

A lot of excitement around Bethesda and Ubi too, especially during For Honor.
