This will be the first month I miss my quota; really disappointed that I couldn't get through at least 2, but work has been crazy. Seems like a lot of people might have slowed down this month going by the thread size.

I'm happy with myself, this month I beat all three of the games I listed as Must Beat as well as Assassin's Creed 2. By this time tomorrow, I should have also beaten Crysis: Warhead, and Resident Evil is about 2/3rds beaten as well; I actually started on KOTOR for the first time.

Well, this month was full of twists and turns. Wanted to finish both persona 2s and the walking dead. Finished Innocent Sin no problem, but doing that after Persona 1 last month may have old school Persona'd me out.


Tried Dishonored, couldn't really get into it.


Beat Dark Souls PC, a game I 1000'd on Xbox, but hadn't touched the PC version(or the DLC), so I'll count it. With two days left, I got desperate, so here I am trying to get the courage to go through the last area of Amnesia before Saturday.

I stuck a bit closer to my "assignments", but yeah looks like I'm about to fail too. Signed up for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Machinarium and PixelJunk Shooter. Got the first two, but instead of PJS I veered off-course and beat Corpse Party, Art of Balance: Touch and Final Fantasy IV. Haha.

Maybe I'll sit down with it tomorrow this evening. Down to the wire!

Well, I finished VLR but not the other two. Instead I finished Uncharted:GA and Jacob Jones. Still happy I managed to finish off Uncharted, which has been on my Vita for months.

Met my goal!

Infinite was pretty great. Thoroughly enjoyed the story and liked most of the gameplay. After all the analyses/critiques I've read/watched/listened to, I'd call it a flawed masterpiece.

Uncharted 3 was pretty good. It was basically more Uncharted 2, and that wasn't a bad thing. I don't think it improved on much though. I enjoyed it nonetheless.

LA Noire was... Ugh. Disappointing. I had finished the above two within the first few weeks of May. It took me about 3 weeks to finish Noire. It really drags in the middle and I wasn't motivated to finish it beyond the goal I had set for myself. The ending kind of picks up, but I ended up really getting disappointed with the story. The gameplay became really repetitive as well. I admired that it was aiming for a serial detective drama, just didn't work out for a game, at least not for marathon stretches.

Finally, I started playing Beatmania. I'm nowhere near good, but I guess you could say that I'm comfortable with it. I can do most songs in beginner with few issues, but advancing beyond that is an almost insurmountable brick wall. The learning curve is insane. Looking forward to pressing forward though.
