So I've been complaining since the weekend about the shitty HDR and that image quality on a PS4 Pro on a 4K TV looks very soft. Like a layer of Vaseline has been rubbed on the car and environment. Last night I changed my display on the PS4 Pro to force 1080P and that seems to sharpen the game up significantly and gets rid of the soft "blurry" image quality similar to Red Dead Redemption 2 on PS4 Pro. Very counter intuitive but it seems to help a lot. Don't bother with HDR. It sucks big time. Hope this help every one
