Nope. even for when playing solo it puts you into a que when loading into the main game. So far, I only have seen it when I left the tutorial area. Was in a que of 65 or so, but logged into the game in less than a minute, so it was not bad at all.
LOVING the game so far. And I agree with some of the other Xbox One players that the game does seem to look a bit better since the beta. Have noticed a few screen tears here and there, but nothing too bad at all. I hate screen tearing to no end and I see it easily in games and so far only a few brief moments and limited tearing. So far, so good.
Going to load into the PC version in a little bit to see how it is running. I am going to hold of on downloading the new drivers until I hear from some folks that things are more stable.

claimed the Rainbow Six Siege Tactical Suit and the jacket for being in the Beta off of the Uplay rewards but they aren't showing up in the game...the rewards vendor guy had everything else I was supposed to have
My vendor has had nothing so far. Assuming it's Ubi's servers just doing Ubi things at this point. I hope I have them tomorrow...

I felt like that yesterday, but then I played a mission on hard with two other dudes, found a sick rifle and it clicked. Definitely a hard game to start, UI is overwhelming and the world as beautiful as it is seems kind of barren.

You are going to get a lot of variety as far as impressions. The is one of the first really big games on all 3 major platforms, so there will be a lot of opinions shared. From reading the thread, there seems the be an overwhelming amount of positive, with some "meh's" as you put it, but that can be due to people not finding scarfs as of yet! lol
In all seriousness, there is going to a ton of different thoughts because there are going to be a lot of people playing the game. I am loving it, but I also loved the beta's. I am thinking that since the last beta was open on all platforms, the folks that did not like it are most likely not going to buy it right now, so I would think that a lot of the impressions will be mostly positive.
That's a pity. Hope it improves for you with some more time. I knew a few people who hated the beta on first try but their second try bore great results and it clicked.

I've played this game for 5 hours straight. That's a new 30s record. This game is damn good but I kinda miss a good coop partner, someone that doesn't rush like a madman all the time for maxmim lewt'n XpeeZ and screams over the mic.

There is a list of Xbox One players that you can send requests for friendship that would be willing to play. If you want to add me, I would play. My GT is same as my name here on Gaf. But look for the list, there are a lot of people on there right now that you can add, plus it is easy to match make in both the single player portion where you can invite folks into your game or when going in the DZ. They did a great job with the matchmaking for this game.

Definitely doesn't make things up as he goes along.
Had fun tonight playing solo, going at my own pace enjoying the world. I think if you can appreciate a more methodical search thru a decaying New York, the game holds up pretty well solo. At least so far, few hours in.

I've been playing every mission on Hard - it's the way to go, especially if you're in groups.
yes, but try to force yourself on it for a few minutes until the "avoid" barrier breaks. I had the same reaction at first.

I totally love the atmosphere in this game! There are so many little details that it I'm enjoying just wandering off and seeing what I find. Here's a look at the Xbox One version with some stuff I captured. I tried something new so I'm not sure on the quality.
That's on Xbox one?? And I was worried I didn't pick it on PC because my friends on Xbox. Looks good!

Having a weird issue and I am hoping someone here can help. Basically a few minutes after opening the game I get what feels like really bad input lag, but my frames etc are fine. Doesn't matter if I am trying to do something like move in and out of cover, reload or even just navigate through the menus it starts to not register my button presses very well. Can often take 3 attempts before it actually does what I want it to do. I also noticed when this happens if I try use the Uplay menu(shift+f2) to chat to someone etc its really laggy there too.
Any ideas? PC obviously.
