I don't know if I believe them, but when I see a script like Mission: Impossible 3 and Star Trek compared to Transformers, they seem like two completely different writers :lol

The Backbreaker demo is still not on the US PSN because Sony takes ages to certify that stuff. So maybe that's the reason?

The game is great, really.
Graphics are good enough, great at times, the gameplay and gunplay feels excellent and fair, art direction is nice, multiplayer is very well done and the waiting times are minimal. It's just a very fluid game and much better than I expected. In the end, however, the greatest thing about the game is that I can have a fun Transformers experience without shitty dialogue, without Mudflap & Skids, without Simmons, without shitty college roommate, without jarring editing and adolescent cinematography, etc. Oh, and since Steve Jablonsky is doing the soundtrack, that's one of the few good components from Bay's film that has been retained. Thank god for that.

For me is was Killzone2
Played a bit before work (got matched in a couple of games with Gowans!)...yeah it's pretty fun. The scout's weapons seemed really weak hopefully that was down to my shit aiming or something :lol though their still my favourite class out of the two. I just love driving off a ledge, transforming mid air and land cloaked

HAHA I started to get really good with the Scout in Vechice form it's a beast.
Shame max level is 3 in the demo.

Except for me the only ones recently were Lost Planet and MGO. Two games that most of GAF hates on. haha
Looking forward to trying this out eventually. Wish there was a PS3 demo also...

Agreed. Shame too, as the game looks pretty damn cool. Going to check out that livestream now. But I'm not sold on the game till I see some proper PS3 footage and know it's in good shape.Xater said:

Controls take some getting use to (i.e. I need to stop throwing gernades at my teamates :lol ) But it's a pretty solid game based on my 1 lost match. Still couldnt figure out to Zoom In, but maybe that was based on my weapon combo.
Heavy thumbing Transforming at the wrong times is going to get me killed....a lot.

The game seems freaking fantastic so far, but is anyone else having problems connecting to games? I couldn't even connect to a bunch of games and even when I did get in a game I got disconnected halfway through.

i think this game would be really awesome if it was on earth setting. with buildings and houses around.

Just played a round and it seemed pretty solid. Playing as a scout with a sniper rifle is fun as hell. There's definitely some potential here.
