Your paranoia and distrust of journalism is sad. No one is claiming it was a "misprint" and if that's your understanding of what sort of mistake was made it only further proves you haven't read your own article or the original very carefully.

They broke down their methods and sources and how they came to their conclusion, and how new information came to light that changed that.

Keep pushing that grand "MSM" conspiracy theory though.

Imagine if Trump inherited the same financial situation that Obama did and had a similar first year as president? The hole would be so deep he would’ve hit China by now. Yet he goes on and on about how he is the reason for economic success, how his administration made so many new jobs during the first year (even though it was less than the year before) etc, and the same idiots eat it up.

The incompetence is beyond belief. A perfect example how the American educational system has failed for decades. Rich parents help their not so smart kid to the best schools and buy his way to the top. I don’t see how a system like that could possibly fail. /s

Just to add to my previous post. A Finnish writer/journalist has a column in the biggest newspaper in Finland. He wrote a nice column about the Russian election, which really isn’t an election at all.

He finished it by talking about Russia and U.S. relationships, and how Trump has made fun of/or complained about Mexicans, FBI, EU, Germany, Sweden, Clinton, Obama, democrats, NY Times etc. during his time in the office, and yet he hasn’t done that to Putin. And we are talking about the president of the United States here. This is definitely how you bring Americans together. And of course by hiring good people, the best people, and then firing them two weeks later.

I wish our politicians here in Australia would stand up to China, markets flooded with cheap Chinese crap, 1000s of local manufacturing jobs lost. The Chinese steal technology, pirate any and all products, have absolutely no respect for intellectual property, control wages and don't float their currency, they make a mockery of any such trade negotiations. They do not and will not follow any rules.

Our local housing market is in a shambles, severely overpriced due to foreign buyers mainly from China gimping the system and buying up land and houses to sell at a premium back to the local population.

This post makes me laugh. Chart the stock market from the date trump started passing his budget and tax legistlation. It’s straight down. Our economy is teetering on recession with dangerous monetary policy and an insane amount of bond issuing/selling. China is challenging our petro dollar and Trump has done nothing what so ever about that. He’s a joke.

If I were to take a guess I’d say it’s probably the effects of a years’ worth of daily articles, one more ridiculous than the last, patronizing the intelligence of the general population.

After a while people tend to get sick of what they're being fed and start refusing it.

How come? A lot of people like Pres. Trump. A lot of people hate Trump. And some people prefer Trump over a Democrat or a 3rd party candidate when voting.

The surprising thing isn't that one poll says 42% approval after a pornstar tried to take him down legally and politically. It's that you keep expecting Teflon Don's strong/reluctant supporters to abandon him. It's not going to happen unless the witch hunt turns up something criminal or he's up against formidable 2020 competition.
