My PS3 did it a couple times when 'Wake on LAN' was enabled.

Is there a similar setting on 360? that could be it.

Do you have any USB devices hooked up to it? For FFXI I use to have an old USB keyboard hooked up the 360 and I swear it would turn itself on... all the time.

It was really freaky shit too, you take one step near the keyboard sitting on the floor and the 360 would turn on, I assume the cord was faulty or something and any time it moved it would turn on.

Hell even one time I plugged something completely different into the power multibox that the 360 was in and that caused the 360 to turn on... all because of this silly keyboard.

I know it was the keyboard cause as soon as I discovered it I started removing the keyboard from the USB part when not using it and it didn't happen... and now that I've got a new keyboard I can leave it in and again, hasn't happened since.

I'm not making this up either! That keyboard reeeeeally wanted me to play FFXI all the time always tempting me with the self-360 power booting.
