UK water running short - 3 day heat wave

Damn, I was a couple of years off eh? 🤷‍♂️

It was hot in the 80's too (y)
That is June through September every year where I grew up. With 90%+ humidity pretty much every day since it is on the coast. Lived there until 10 years ago and got fed up with the heat and humidity and moved up by the mountains where there's seasons.

90%?

Man that would absolutely destroy me personally. That's the one that gets me the most. I don't blame you in the slightest.

I lived in a sweaty town and the one thing I enjoyed about trips abroad was the breeze, most of European countries don't have the humidity, just the heat during the day

Unlike this sweat box.

No shit, I took the underground to kings cross / st pancras yesterday and the mf was like riding in a big metal armpit.
I don't miss those days. Working in London in the summer I would choose to walk from Charing Cross into work.

Speaking of which classic summer train maybe you get AC on the train but it's winter and maybe the heat is left on and it's summer
That's if the train even has AC
