Some of the kills are pretty boring, but it's a neat idea.

You are probably right.

But 600k is a great number. I'm not disparaging it in any way.

This is also anecdotal, but I know 2 people who are not playing the beta not because they have no interest, but because they want to play U3 fresh, that also means the multiplayer. Wouldn't be surprised if there were a few people like that.
 
So how does Co-op Hunter work? Me and my bro are heroes in the second round and we are currently up 43-3. Several players have joined and left already. When does this shit end? I want my money.

Thats nuts.
I thought they had some kickass automatized system to look up for possible cool plays.
 
Feedback Objective:

1. More variety. All modes are basically "get in the zone and hold it".
2. More transparency. I don't understand all of the modes. Where is the difference between turf war, siege and connect? I basically just stand in yellow circles in all of those modes.
3. More points! I want TO see which points I get for which activity while playing the game. A random number after the game is not very satisfying.

Fuck me sideways, 70 kills - 7 deaths... Someone in the GAF chat said it's for killing the marked man, gets you 3X kills or something. Still, when I saw that I thought must have been a glitch or something. :lol

yeah guy in my game ended up with 109-11, he killed the marked man too.
 
Ooh, saw a mode in objective where you only get points while holding the treasure. That's new!

Otherwise, my only problem is that the matches seem to go too fast! We spend less time in the match than all the between match player finding/voting/countdown

scoring in the team objective mode is different. each round will have different objectives that have different ways of scoring. regular deathmatch gives 10 points per kill, vip gives 30, etc. I was 137 and 10 in one round because i killed the vip 4 out of the 5 times.

I agree. Either the modes need to be longer or we need more rounds. I am dead serious when I say this, ND. Other than that, I am in love with team objective!
 
PLEASE GIMP THE MICRO SMG ALREADY. It's more power weapon than the RPG and Nade Launcher combined. And that "im going to die so I'll throw a nade" shit needs to stop.


Some objective rounds seem way shorter than others edit: actually the objective rounds are very short in general

Some objective rounds seem way shorter than others (like DM, Marked Men)

i just recently figured out how overpowered this weapon is. as long as you aren't out in the open outside, I find that you get much quicker and easier kills with the micro equipped.
 
I was wondering what was going on with the kill counts. They seemed a bit messed up. I do like the Team Objective mode though. I played one round of Hunter and it was kind of weird. I think I need to get a better feel for it. One member of the other team kept quitting and the match was really boring because of it.

I think the problem is that access to other parts of the forum are locked or missing, and I'm getting that error because the link on your site is directing me to something that does not exist.
 
My friend and I were playing some split screen and when ever he would hit L1 it would turn him 45-90 degrees off of where he was aiming. It was like someone was moving his analog stick to the left when he tried to aim. Anyone else run into this?

Does anyone know the answer to this? Currently in a similar game - clock's been at 0 since I joined, we're just steadily racking up captures. Currently at 32-0.
 
The only thing that highlights video showed me is how fucked up the auto aim is.

Zoom in to auto lock on to first guy, see second guy, instead of adjusting aim he goes back to normal mode then zooms in again to get it to auto lock on to that guy...

+ the guys running around with a sniper rifle zooming for one second to get auto aim lock on before shooting.

Also the game is much more pleasant to look at on my crt in that video, no blurry upscaling or motion res problems.

Team Objectives is nice but it's over too soon and you hardly get any cash; out of the 20 or so games I played, 9k was the average, with 18k being the highest and 6k the lowest.

Why would I play that when I can make 20k+ a match in TDM?

The mode needs medals for winning each round, worth 5k a piece, that way the winning team is guaranteed 20k match. Players need money as incentive to play this mode or it'll turn into a barren wasteland like the U2 Objectives playlist.

Here's a tip: when the first round is King of the Hill, do not put the hill 10ft from where the villains spawn. Automatic Round win.

Move the Hammer from its spot in Chateau. Spawn as villains > 1st round is Chain Reaction > run 40ft and pick up the Hammer > go out the back of the treasure room > wait for Heroes to sit on 4 > Hammer the Heroes > Dance.

Speedy G is soooo overpowered when coupled with a Micro/Pistole/Shotgun/Magnum. All you have to do is run in a zig-zag straight up to a firing enemy or two and blindfire circles around them, it's nearly impossible for them to hit you. I went 18-1 on Airstrip doing that.

There's an awesome glitch on Airstrip: There's a jeep that's inside the garage on the Villains side, if you blow it up and then jump off of the wooden table in front of it towards the hood, you'll grab an invisible bar and swing back-and-forth. Found it by quickly trying to get to a teammate.
 
The hipfire with the uzi is fucking madness. That thing just perfectly locks on to people, it's crazy.

From what I played (anyone is free to correct me if I'm wrong) it feels like a cross between deathmatch and gold rush with one team scoring and while the AI and the other team tries to stop them.

It's glitched and won't end until someone leaves. I ran into that earlier and got no cash or medals. :(

Thanks. Looks like the glitch that causes the timer to hit zero and never end happens when someone leaves and it forces everyone to spawn again. Irritating, because I can't see myself playing five full games without someone leaving, which means the unlock in the full game will be next to impossible.

I'll go poke around in the other playlists. Wake me if Guerilla fixes this shit for ND.
 
I get kicked from a game and I lose all my stats and treasures that I obtained in that one match? What a load of bullshit. Someone enlighten me please. I didn't realize hiding and scouting your area was considered kick-worthy.

/First objective is king of the hill

/King of the hill is literally spawned on enemy spawn across the map

By the time my team arrived, the enemy already had 70 points and were well fortified. That certainly was bullshit.

I'll be playing that mode because I find it fun, regardless of the cash hit. Just playing to grind cash doesn't seem fun to me, because otherwise I'd just constantly chew through co-op arena for $30-40k over and over again.

Hopefully the retail game is balanced where people aren't too concerned with making money after hitting a certain point early on, and then people can just play the modes they find most fun.

You're supposed to be running around like a chicken with it's head cut off like everyone else.

He uses the little white dot in the middle of the screen to shoot. You're not seeing it because its in cinema mode.

Is he hip firing though? I get that he's aiming the camera, but I can't tell if he's briefly hitting L1 before firing (the camera zooms a bit).
