Uncharted 3 MP Beta Thread: Cinematic Murder Testing

Just out of curiosity, are the Infamous 2 codes active yet? I keep getting an invalid code error which I assume means they won't be turned on until tomorrow.

Which I really hope means they aren't already turned on? :x

they won't work until there's something to download.
 
I guess I won't worry about it. If I get in, which I assume I will, I get in. If I don't I either beg for codes or wait for a little bit.

I don't see why I wouldn't though.

I'm curious how the full multiplayer will work. Will we get EVERY map and mode, etc. for a full month? I'm guessing the game expires on release day too


Funny thing is, I have Subway gift cards thanks to those fire drill contests. I'll just buy a sandwich just for the code. Probably just throw away the sandwich or give it away!

I got hosed on the most recent contest. DO NOT enter a cup code first to upgrade, it only give you level 1. I have to go eat at subway twice more to upgrade :'(
 
I just want to know how much fuckin Subway I'll have to pay for to get that code.

Too bad there's no Quizno's promotion.

That is if Subway is doing that type of contest again this fall. I tweet replied a Gaffer a couple weeks ago hoping that they do a Uncharted 3 giveaway like those PS3 games last year and Subway responded saying they'll look in it. Here's hoping for early free Uncharted 3 copy!

They are smart enough to figure this out, because I can't download the infamous2 trial with my free PSN+ account.
 
I'd like to add some GAFers to PSN, just add me if you feel like it. We can play some UC2 tonight if you guys want. But my mic is in for repairs right now. Supposed to get it on the 29, we could go on Skype for the time being right now.

Competitive will be complete, but there's been no word on Co-Op.

Details are still a bit hazy, but if you get a code from Subway products, you'll get full access to all the competition multiplayer maps and features in October.

They'll probably save Co-Op Adventure for retail due to the amount of data it would add to the download.
 
Is there going to be some sort of Subway contest on top of the early access to multiplayer or something?

I wasn't around for the Uncharted 2 release and didn't really pay attention to what was going on.
 
If I sign up for the PSN Plus trial tonight, the one they gave as a thank you, I will be able to access this beta right?
 
IGN has posted 50 first come first serve codes. The codes wont be valid until the store updates tomorrow. US only.

Go here tomorrow after the store is updated and the codes go live. Make sure you log in with a US account.

They also have 5,000 codes they're giving away to Prime members. If you're not a prime member you can signup for a free 30 day trial (credit card required to sign up) in order to get a code.
 
Jeezus... They should just let everyone in to the beta tomorrow. I mean, a large majority already are if they have a vague idea of what to do.

IIRC the Subway codes are different, it's the entire MP content. Might not go live tomorrow.

Not even going to bother with those IGN codes. Everyone's going to be all over them and none will work. Just going to hope free PSN+ works. It should.

I don't want to share my PSN name right now because I think I'll probably be awful. I'm shit at being competitive in multiplayer.
