Unexpected funny moment in video games

There was a nice little scene in the first Jak and Daxter where they have to catch the Sculptor's Muse.Jak holds it in his arms,gazing at it and Daxter suddently takes it and quickly throws it into Jak's backpack.I didn't except this and was really amused.

I have forgotten which ghost recon it was, but they where going on the radio how the soldiers were ghosts with no name and all that. Super secret ninjas roaming Mexico basically.

A few seconds later they refer to the main character by his name on the radio...
 
I love references to classic games and moments. The Prince of Persia 2008 King of the World/Titanic achievement is an excellent example. I hadn't read which achievements were available and I was looking out over the world and BAM. King of the World.

Bugs and glitches can also be very funny.
 
nothing beats a completely random GTAIV moment for me:

i suicided from the top of a skyscraper, smashed to the ground RIGHT next to a random smoking NPC... without flinching he turns to my corpse and says "do i look like i care?"
 
Most of LA Noire.

My favorite:

"Little girl, your mother is dead."
"Oh NO! NO!!! *cries*"
"Now we're gonna need to ask you some questions..."
"Oh yeah sure."

edit: Also Heavy Rain's press X to Jason. I saw someone cry out "JASON! Where are you?" outside yesterday and I almost started laughing, hah.
 
Lately, I saw a gnome npc named Linken yelling "Excuuuuuuuse me princess!" while questing in WoW. Didn't expected to see this guy and this quote while fightning giant fire elementals.
 
The first time I got a critical hit with Torneko in Dragon Quest IV left me laughing for about a minute.

I was going to say Deadly Premonition's "Sinner's Sandwich."
Well, pretty much any scene where Emily talks with York.


Also, when enemies get stuck in the environments in Mass Effect 2 after lift or some other biotic powers. They just sit there screaming constantly, and it cracks me up how it can instantly ruin any atmosphere and tension in the mission.
 
At the beginning of Uncharted 2 where you're hanging on a ledge

Flynn: "There's a guy above, there's a guy above you."
*Pulls guy over the edge*
Flynn: "There's a guy below you, there's a guy below you."

That's pretty funny.

Its been a while since i played it too. i thought this was around the part where the game went to shit and the aliens/magic/crazy shit started happening out of nowhere.
 
Mass effect 2 if you get the bad ending,
some of the characters' deaths were pretty comical
and hilarious, watch it on youtube.

Oh the game definitely went to shit when they started throwing all of that in there, but for that scene you posted to be unexpectedly funny it would've had to have came out of nowhere, and as I recall, the supernatural nonsense had already been introduced at that point.

This. I didn't read anything about ME2 before playing, so I had no idea you could change the sequence of events at the end and boy did I get a good laugh from some of them.

Assassins creed 2:
-" Ezio!, dont you recognize me?, its a me MARIO!".
- When ezio and the others were talking and one guy finishes with " Y la puttana (And the hookers)"
- "A minute is all I need.. Wait.. that came wrong"
