It is but the first step on my evil plans.

Seriously though, that Itagaki joke was clunky as fuck. At least the comic without that final panel would have been a simple depiction of the incident, with the 'gag' being they're like squabbling children. Would have been less something jokey, more something informative, and with more insight than some PA comics.
