How the fuck am I gonna play Chen/Enchantres/Visage there
You wouldn't. Playing heros with micro would be difficult. How the fuck am I gonna play Chen/Enchantres/Visage there
And Dota 2, a game that is fast-paced, but not quite as demanding on your fingers as an eSport like StarCraft, could be a very good fit for the touch-screen interface on an iPad or Android tablet.
No Garry Newell joke in the OP? Good job, Wario.
Yep. Hope they manage to make it.Spectator client on a tablet would be amazing...
Last hitting on a tablet would be impossible.
DOTA anywhere, anytime. Would be cool.
This info bridges to a much larger point. Where is Steam on phones and tablets? Why hasn't valve made a bigger push? Especially on Android, where it seems the platform is just waiting for someone to figure out how to sell games on it. The user base there to purchase content. Just need a better delivery method.
Steam is already on iOS and Android...
I read Vita tablet lol
OT though, Dota 2 on an iPad could work great IMO.
If only there was a tablet-like device with buttons...
I hope this has cross play Ipad vs PC.
Nah.I hope this has cross play Ipad vs PC.
I can finally come back to Mumble-Dota with this.
We were working on getting Dota 2 running on some tablets. That ended up being kind of a disappointment.
No one can seriously want this.
No one can seriously want this.
If this happens I imagine less people will call me a retard and I will hear more along the lines of "Are you playing on a God damn tablet?".
I find that statement very tame, compared to what is actually said when playing dota.
