Here's the thing. I got the phone mentioned in the title for christmas and I want ringtones and games. The ones that I can buy on the phone seem too expensive. There has to be a way that I can get free ringtones that don't sound like crap. So can GAF help me one more time? Do i need a USB cable for my phone or what?

I have the same phone. When I bought it, it was a brand-new model, and no USB cables were out. Some people had luck using some third-party software and the USB cable for the VX6000, but it required some modification to fit into the VX7000. I haven't bothered to do any more research since then.

You might try HowardForums to see if there is any more recent info. If you find out anything cool, let me know!

This is all I could find. They mention shaving the edges down on the VX6000 USB cable though. I don't want to risk doing that...
