Video game cartoons in the 80's, 90's and maybe present time

It was kind of mentioned in the OP but a Donkey Kong cartoon being posted on page means I should emphasise this. There was a Donkey Kong Country cartoon done in the mid-90s. Entirely CGI and maybe a bit lower than the quality you would expect from the time...the animations have not aged well at all...

I'm guessing somebody already mentioned this probably, but I remember this Donkey Kong 3D Cartton from the early 00's.

Here was the theme song.

Me and my brother used to watch it everytime it came on. I think it was mostly because we liked Donkey Kong 64 and wanted to see more of Donkey Kong, not because we actually liked the show.

Doesn't seem like anyone is mentioning the Mega Man cartoon? It was actually kind of decent at times, even if totally inaccurate.

I mentioned it on my post on the last page, but it does seen to be under represented here.

First, that opening is so good. The theme really nails the feeling of the game.

Rewatching it just now, its interesting the way that it blends an anime visual style with a western visual style.

Loved this back in the day when I was a kid, but its hard to watch an episode at this time. :P Pretty cheesy stuff.

Opening was done by a different studio

Wow, didn't know FE got an OVA... and Marth looked soooo 90's.

His Japanese VA is the same guy who would later voice him in Smash.

I'm surprised ADV didn't go back and release the anime on DVD after Melee came out. Would have sold big for them.

And I'd we're looking for obscure:

Art of Fighting anime

Like the above, the late Takeshi Aono voices "Detective Todoh" would later voice Todoh in Capcom vs SNK 2

Midorikawa is like Furuya. Old people but somehow they managed to be able to voice like bishies. And they still look young!

Yep, and its awful. There is also a four-episode anime OVA that I've never seen but couldn't be much worse than the American series

It's actually pretty good but it focuses on Anita and Donovan iirc
