Guys, I bought VB Wario Land (why is this game not super expensive by now?) and I've been fiddling around with VBjin and some other emulators but... not only is VBjin the only emulator which runs decently in a modern machine, it fuck ups the color scheme for some weird reason and I can't deal with it.

Well... lies, I can deal with it since I played through the whole thing already, but I'd much rather it display the game in it's original form instead of this eye destroying mess. Trying to capture some footage and I'd like it to look like it's supposed to and not this horrible purple mess.

Reality Boy emulator does the colors right but it runs like shit, especially if I'm capturing footage at the same time, for some reason.

Anyway, VBjin seems to be the go to emulator and as such I can't believe this is how it's supposed to be but I can't find anything in the settings to do anything about it. And yes, I did try playing with 3D glasses and no, it does not work (tried home cinema ones and theater ones).
Help?

It seems to be doing anaglyph 3D (red/blue glasses), maybe there's a way to disable that?

Oh, after completing VBWL, I am absolutely sure. Game is fucking awesome. It's a perfected version of SML3: Wario Land (as in, it does not play like WL2/3 etc), so if you have any love for that game you owe it to yourself to check it out.

This is exactly what it's doing and it can be disabled.

IIRC RetroArch changes the emulated VB colors to black and white so... try that out?

Mednafen is your solution. I finished VB Wario Land last year on that emulator, 100% perfect.

Yeah, if by "supposed to be good," you mean "one of Nintendo's best games in their history," then yeah.

Although I'm still trying to figure out just what the right color is, it's a bit silly hitting "disable" on the 3D doesn't just default to the original color scheme, but yes, this is what I needed!
