I found it interesting that Albert Wesker and Legion from Mass Effect were done by the same dude, I don't really have much to add I'm just enjoying reading through the thread

Clementine looks like she was just reading this thread, found out about herself and is very confused/concerned.
Wasn't Lance Bass(s?) Cloud and Mandy Moore was Aerith? At the time those names kinda meant something to teen girls.
Yeah, there's definitely a bunch. I was just going off the top of my head. David Gallagher from 7th Heaven was bigger in '01 too.

Same! Kratos is black.
Lance Bass was Sephiroth for only the original KH. Steve Burton, an actor perhaps best known for his work on General Hospital, has been Cloud since the original KH. If I recall correctly Mandy Moore was only Aerith in the first KH as well.

Having beaten the game today, Wonder Green from Wonderful 101 was a surprise, had no idea he was voiced by Kari Wahlgren (who's pretty prolific, you might know her best as Ashe from Final Fantasy XII). I mean, I could pick out Tara Strong and Yuri Lowenthal doing goofy accents immediately, but I guess I never even imagined that Wahlgren's voice would be coming out of a fat French middle school kid's mouth.
Call me crazy.

I still have a hard time believing that Troy Baker, who looks like a Final Fantasy character come to life, voiced Joel in The Last of Us and did such an exceptional job at it.
He actually looks more like Joel and Booker in other pics though. That is just a bad picture of him.

For some reason I never imagined Kratos to be voiced by a black guy.
For a long time I always thought Kratos WAS black because of his voice actor, I kinda still imagine that he is black. TC Carson was awesome in Living Single when I was a kid

Funny thing is my custom haircut/beard for Trevor matches the original more. I was playing around with the haircuts and that one felt the most right. I never saw his picture until today

Not surprised at voice actor and character likeness at all though in the case of Naughty Dog's stuff. It's standard practice to draw in features of the original voice actor. Disney do it a lot, as well as other animated features/products.
