Just picked up Pokemon X. Looks like games should still be able to picked up in store if you chose Local Pick Up as your shipping option.

That's messed up and also kind of dumb considering now they have to spend even more money and time training new employees.

sweet..a 46' TV I don't really need, but have thought about getting another TV...may be being shipped to me this week!

( I know my wal-mart has the exact same TV, Don't know if this has anything to do with is)
 
My ship to home are still "processing." I picked up speakers and 2 scooters....didn't want to get anything too large or absurd, aka pool table. Lets see what happens ....

Are you serious? Walmart fired workers today that used the glitch? Interesting. If so there is probably going to be a lot of fired workers all said and done.

Got these.

Some games for ship to home got cancelled: Pokemon Y and GTA V PS3.

Processing for the rest still. Wish I ordered the 55" Samsungs instead of the 65"s. I would be looking at them right now instead my order will probably be cancelled. :(

If you work there and you used this glitch online to ship it to your store and pick it up for cheap I could say you're not very smart and deserve to get fired. You aren't allowed to get any pricing discounts even if it's wrong as an associate. You aren't allowed to buy anything that you yourself markdown for 24 hours after its been on the shelf as well.

But if you just bought it and did ship to home and didn't use your discount card # you would be fine.
 
I made it out with a 55inch Samsung earlier and was extremely content, figuring all my other orders that were to be shipped to my house would be canceled by the time I got home.

...but they are still not canceled. If all goes through with these, I will get GTA 5, two speakers, and a 65 inch Samsung. So all together two massive Samsung TVs, a video game and some speakers for less than $1,000...

Oh my dear lord I hope it ships.

If they are cancelling in order by order #, then my other order is golden.

I really do know how to keep the dream alive, imo.
 
Got an email confirming my payment and saying I can pick it up in store on friday. It wasn't the 55" Samsung everyone was talking about, but a 46" version. I'm guessing they won't give it to me if it even gets that far? Figured I'd try anyway - worst case is it gets cancelled later.

I got the HP Pro Display but really early. Processing still. I'm hoping I get lucky on this one.
 
If it's still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. This sends a cancel request, but it does not guarantee the order will be canceled. If there is no button, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.

I think I'm getting away with my 1 monitor.

I did it nearly at the start and they haven't sent me an email yet. If I had been more greedy it would have backfired on me.
 
Was able to get the Samsung 55" TV earlier today and did an in-store pickup. Set up and looking good, albeit much lighter blacks than I am used to since using Panny plasmas for 3 years. Anyone know any good calibration settings to use as a baseline?

And thanks GAF for this fucking thread!!! I knew there was a reason why I jump on here at 6am with my morning coffee. :D
 
I ordered such a variety of things, that I'm hoping to at least come away with this with one item.

Though I would have really enjoyed my kayak and the pressure washer to keep the kayak clean.
 
I went in to pick up one of my orders for store pickup that was available and they said no store pick ups were allowed to go through for the day. It's a 24 hour though so I might just hop in and try again later tonight.

FYI you are one step closet to shipping if the cancel item button has disappeared it means it went from processing in site to preparing to process shipping

I know it just sucks. They will sell these thousand dollar TV's at the price error, but won't sell this $140 monitor. I mean, the thing doesn't have HDMI or anything. Was pretty basic.

It's so bad. I am so disheartened after the 64" was cancelled. But it DID have a "cancel" button the entire time, and my previous order does not have one. Both are being shipped to my house.

I am crossing my fingers and dick right now.
